Just cut what you're eating into pea-sized pieces and let her try them. Maybe she's tired of mushy food. (and for me, knowing my son would be eating what we were eating prompted our family to start some much healthier eating habits!)

If your baby can handle some soft, well chopped table food, let her have it!
My daughter was starting to eat table foods around that time. She would NEVER eat those baby food jars w/ the meat and stuff. Once we progressed past baby food fruits and veggies, she was done.

Well I tell you what my 1 year old has given me that fit for about 1 month or so. I end up given him small toys at the highchair and whalah...he eats while playing. It, That's what I do. It may work for you.

She is wanting to explore. That doesn't mean she is hungry or wants to eat the food anymoe than when she puts a toy in her mouth. She isn't doing it because she is hungry but becasue she is using one of her five senses. We adults have been programmed all of our lives to not put things in our mouth except for food. Babies have had no such programming and are therefore acting instinctually when using their sense of taste to understand an object.

She wants what you're having. I gave all my kids what we ate and just either mashed it up or cut it into bite sized bits.

My youngest would inspect all the plates and if she had something different it would end up on the floor. My kids never liked the jars/tins of baby food but it's just as easy to make your own.
