Hi
I am babita, I am worried for my son who is 14 months old and doesn't drink milk other then breast feed.How calcium requirement can be fulfilled.

yeah he eats yoghurt but I doubt it whether it would be sufficient because he takes just two three SPoons of it.

How often is he breastfeeding? Also, calcium i s available in other dairy foods, such as cheese and yoghurt, so if he eats those too, he should be getting plenty of calcium.

but will it be sufficient for his growth because after some time the quantity of mothers milk reduces.
