Is she having anxiety issues where she thinks she needs it to manage stress? Is she doing it to be cool, hanging out with her friends? And as Michelle asked, what have you already tried to get her to stop?

If it's anxiety, that may require a different approach than if it's peer pressure, and she may need counseling. If she thinks its cool and does it because her friends do, then she should be encouraged to find new friends. Let her know it won't be tolerated. If she's keeping it in the house, raid her room/belongings and get rid of it every time you find it. Take away privileges. Stay firm in your enforcement.

So what are you doing about it? I assume you are her parent so be a parent.
Where does she get it from? If she buys it herself then don't give her money.
There are so many thing you should be doing but you haven't told us anything.

How old is the child? How is the pot smoking affecting the child's behavior and/or your relationship with them? If you provide some more details it would help us know what advice to give.
