Children in foster care

These children do not get a fair chance at having a stable life by the judicial system. It seems that the same parents that "messed up" their lives to begin with have more rights than these innocent children.

I would have to say that it depends on each individual situation. You cannot make a blanket statement such as this and have it be true.

Some kids are screwed in the foster system. Some are saved. Some are alive because of the system. Some are not.

It doesn't mean that every single kid in the foster system is getting screwed. And, you have to look at the demographics of the area. You can't compare, say, Wyoming to Illinois in that respect.

Personally I've seen the system do more good than bad, and protect more children than were hurt. You may have a different experience.
