Has anyone came across any great toys that would be a good gift for my 10 month old?

I think that old school toy with the different characters that pop out of the top is cool. You've probably seen one. I think it's a great developmental toy. They have to push one button, turn another, flip one, etc. All of my kids loved it when they were little, and I was always surprised at how young they were when they figured out all of the switches!

I suggest walker toys like Aimee said. We also found that Layla LOVED the Leap Pad learning table at that age too. With all of the music and lights, it was a big hit. If the weather is decent, a wagon or for us the Step 2 buggy was the biggest hit of all. The big legos also are a good gift. Hope we helped you!

We got our daughter, who will be 10 months on Christmas Eve, a giant inflatible ball pit with the plastic balls! We also got her a toy cell phone that lights up and plays music becuase she always loves stealing ours! I also wrapped up a box of diapers and wipes. I put some pacifiers packs in her stocking and that is all she needs!

I heard "walker" type toys are fun. My son, (nearly 10months old) loves books, so I encouraged books for christmas gifts. Toys that he can manipulate that have balls to roll, buttons to push, levers to pull.

I think a nice toy that is kinda like a gyn where he can climb thru or alse a toy that he/she can feel differ textures would be nice. I haven't seen those einstein movies yet but those look interesting and one more thing came to mind . Maybe if baby doesnt have a fav sleepy toy yet maybe you can get baby a comfort toy to sleep with.

We bought our 10 month old a 3-in-1 tonka stand and push, ride, and play as a dumptruck toy. We also bought him a little peoples Fisher Price farm. He's starting to cruise and love to move around, so it's a good age appropriate "walker" for him.
