I noticed my right breast has a clogged milk duct 5 weeks after delivery. I never breastfeeding. I am bottlefeeding. My left breast is still leaking milk but my right breast didn't. I guess this is the reason why my right breast develop clogged milk duct.

Anyone know any medicine that can get rid of clogged milk duct?
Many people on the internet said Lecithin can help. If I am not breastfeeding, can I try Lecithin?
Should I squeeze small amount of milk from my right breast?
Will squeeze small amount of milk by hand cause my body produce more milk?
Will the clogged milk duct gone on its own once my body stop producing milk?
Any medicine can stop my body to produce milk quickly?

Please help. My ob is not helpful. I want to see my family doctor but I need my ultrasound result from my ob but I keep calling my ob for few days already and she still didn't return me a call. She should not wasting my time like this.

Any expression of milk from your breasts, whether directly fed or expressed through a pump will make your breasts produce more milk, its a demand and supply thing. But once the milk flows out of your blocked ducts it will take away the pain.

Hi Nisha Nair,

thank you for your response. But I am bottlefeeding. If I use hot compress and electric pump, will it make my body produce more milk?

Try expressing the milk after a hot compress. It helped me. I keep getting blocked ducts in one breast, I am expressing milk using an electric pump. a hot compress before expressing helps. Wait for a day or two to see the difference.
