This is specific :), but I'm due in about 9 weeks and really want to cloth diaper, but only have the vaguest of ideas as to where to start and I don't really see the point of getting tips on where and what and how much unless someone is also in Denmark. So! Anyone out there with advice? Obviously, I'll take any, Denmark resident or not :)
Thanks!

If you use cloth and launder them yourself, the cost over three years will be about half as much as disposables.

To launder, simply shake solids into the toilet and drop the diaper into a plastic-lined pail after a change. When the pail is full, tip into your washer. Wash once with a detergent, reset washer, add more detergent (that's free of dyes and perfumes), and wash again. You don't need to use bleach. Rinse twice to be sure all detergent residue is completely rinsed away and dry on hot.

You may use up to a dozen diapers a day, so plan how often you want to wash and that will give you an idea of how many you need to have handy. Newer semi-fitted ones with Velcro or snaps are much easier than the flat cloth and safety-pin ones but can be more expensive to buy. You can do an internet search to get an idea on pricing for the type of diapers you want. Then you can buy a couple different styles and see which ones work best for you. Don't stock up on 4 dozen diapers of one kind, just to find out after using them that they're not right for your needs. You're going to be using these things A LOT, so it pays to try a few out.

Thanks so, so much Raye :) Wish I knew brands here. Obviously, being in a foreign country and not knowing where to start here is slightly annoying! Seriously though, thank you for the rundown!
