Hello everyone I was just wondering I have a child that cognitive impaired and I want to take her on a mini vacation her brother is 13 and a lot of times people will ask to take him on vacation with them but the problem that I have they don't like take g my daughter cause she is a handful she has a mind of 5 year old and she is 9 and she acts like a toddler so there for when she throws tamper tantrums she screams they get annoyed with her and I get frustrated because it's not fair cause my son gets to do a lot more things

You are right, it isn't fair. Sadly though, life is like that and it probably won't get any better. I don't think you should stop your son from going places when he is invited, as long as he is grateful and accepts the trips with humility. I guess you aren't really asking for advice, but maybe you could plan a short trip with another family that know you and your kids well.
