I agree with you and I understand that feeling of guilt. I am a stay at home mom and there is always something that needs done or someone needs attention. I have found that I am a better mom and wife if I allow myself a little bit of "me time" during the day. Usually it is only about a half hour and it us usually after the dinner mess is cleaned up and hubby is home. It took me awhile to realize that it is OK to need a little time to myself and after being a stay at home mom for 4 years I am beginning to actually want a little more "me time". Sit down, but your feet up and take a break; we deserve it!

You have to take care of you, too. If you are not healthy (mentally and physically) then everything else suffers. So, part of your daily or weekly routine should be some time scheduled for yourself. Otherwise you'll just burn out.
