My daughter is 14 months old and at around 13 months she started waking up through the night. I have experienced this before between her 7-10 month old stage. I am a single mom and full time student and having to wake up 4 times a night and barely getting a full hour of sleep at once effects obviously a lot more than my studies. If there is something to help me understand better what this could be, I would appreciate it. So i am asking you experienced mothers if you can give me any information about your own experience or knowledge.
from 11pm on she has been waking up every 2 hours (not fully waking) but making upset, crying, annoyed frustrated and obvious irritable noises. Sometimes it turns into a full wake up, other times its just constant noises.
She goes to bed at 7:30 pm and wakes up at 6 am this is her routine since she was a few months old and it works for us, now that she is breaking up in her sleep phase, she has waken up as early as 4:30 am although very cranky.
Do you think this could be 'growing pains' where maybe her body aches? I know it could be teething YET she is not showing the normal signs of teething and usually when I take her from her crib to lay with me (during a wake up) she babbles and giggles and doesn't act like she is hurting.
