Another thing you could try is when she is lying on her back, put some massage oil on your pointer and middle finger (you can also use olive oil) and then rub slowly clockwise around her belly button. About 3cm from her belly button. Just rub slowly around and around. It might help her to make bowel movements.

Dont give her orange juice, she could even get a very sore bottom from orange juice and its not good for her stomache either. I also used to give prune juice. This is how i did it.. buy dried prunes(the ones that are still soft but dried) put 4prunes into a cup and fill it with boiling water. Wait for the water to cool down and take the prunes out. The prunes gave out juice with the hot water and once its cooled down you can give her that juice.

What is your baby drinking and how long has it been since she pooped? If she is exclusively breastfed, she may not be consipated - it's normal for breasfed babies to go up to a week between poops. If she isn't uncomfortable or straning, I wouldn't worry too much. If you have started her on solids already, that can definitely cause her some tummy issues. Solids like rice cereal can cause constipation in a lot of babies. I wouldn't try orange juice - citrus can be hard for babies to digest. If you haven't started solids, I would call my doctor before trying anything new, especially if her tummy is already not at its best. If you have done some solids, I would give her some pureed prunes or a little pear juice. Those usually get their systems going.
