I would try prune or apple juice. You can even mix them together but that works for my son and I definitely agree with giving her water as well!

Fruits - pear, prune, peach, pineapple, papaya, grape, grapefruit
A healthy breakfast cereal
Keep her hydrated
Make sure she's physically active
Use the enema, or one-third of a dulcolax suppository, if she hasn't done a dooey for a few days.

I would strongly advise no enema on a 1 year old unless a doctor ordered it. And then NO WATER! Water can draw electrolytes from her bloodstream thru the wall of her colon and cause even worse issues. Only use a pediatric suppository or mini glycerin enema (with the doctors ok)
I found canned fruit, pears, fruit cocktail, peaches worked wonders on my kiddos. It is nice and soft and she can mush it up in her mouth. Working from the top down is always a better choice.

Yes I tried with these fruits but still is still constipated could it be that she does not drink lots of water? she does not like it

thanks for the reply I tried giving her kiwi, prunes and pears and I also give her broccoli with her main food but she is still constipated, she does not like to drink water though so I maybe that's the main source of problem am thinking

what kind of breakfast can I give her?

Instead of an enema (which should be doctor prescribed) why not try some prunes and pears? They are full of fiber and really get the job done.
