My 8 year old daughter told me earlier today while we were on a long car ride that she had a stomach cramp, so we stopped at a McDonald's for her to poop. She said she couldn't, so I had her lay down in the car and I massaged her belly like I did for her as a baby to relieve gas. She tried again after, and went a little bit, but she she said she felt like she needed to go more and couldn't, and didn't want to be cause it hurt alot to do what she did. On the car ride I was bringing her to her cousins house for a week. I dropped her off hoping she would be able to go. How can I check in with her about it? Should I tell my aunt? I don't want to embarrass her. And is this even constipation??
