I don't know what telament drops are, if it is a laxative, don't give it without checking with your doctor. If it is gas, you can give simethicone or mylicon drops to help with the gas pain. If he is getting enough to eat he should make two to five poop per day at this age. Some babies at this age strain and get red and seem like they have to poop, that is a sign of colic. If he has gone a few days without a poop, call your doctor.

Exclusively breastfed babies do not get constipated. They may strain and seem as though they cannot go, but that is usually gas or even a sign of a colicky baby.
