I am 41 years old. I have 4 boys already. Shortly after I gave birth after my fourth son I had my tubes tied and burned. About 2 years later I actually got pregnant and lost it. I had no clue and was on diebetic medician ( my family dr. thought I was becoming diebetic) and was also getting root conanls done. either way I did loose it and my OB said that it would have been a normal pregnancy (cause of the way I lost it..? that was his words)...And had them retied and burned again. That was about 7 years ago. A few years ago I developed a lot of pulups and got them cleaned out...barely received a monthly was in heaven...but then the cramps were bad and then started getting a little heavier like before then light but always had a brownish show or reddish show...I am generally cold all the time, but got a bad sinus infection and was having "hot flashes" that lasted about 3-4 weeks AFTER the sickness. (my family doctor told me that they were mini fevers. NOW on to my question...I really don't remember last months ...well I don't remember it at all. My husband thinks he remembers me having it. THIS month (all of June) I did not have a monthly at all. The past few week....I have had a LITTLE bit of upset stomach but would go away...(my other kids I was flat out sick with morning sickness)...I am extremely tired!! to the point that I want to sleep all the time. My gut feels heavy...like I have a pair of pants on and its not on me right...(and had that feeling back with my other kids as well) ....my question...could I be pregnant? I am not ready, nor really want to be pregnant anymore...I had 4 boys BUT if it is then fine...BUT not wanting to be.....please can anyone shed a little light my way.....AND ...I did take 1 pregnancy test...in the evening..and it was a negative!!

I would go to a DR asap since there are so many other factors going on with you that may cause a missed period. I would suggest an endocrinologist (works with the hormones, including those that cause diabetes) if you aren't seeing one already.

Are you sure you're not starting menopause? Those sound like a lot of the early symptoms.
