Could I Still Pregnant with a Negative Blood Test?

I am freaking out! My last menstrual cycle was on 9/14/12 and a week afterwards I started experiencing sore/tingle boobs, sore/tingle/bleeding gum, lower left abdominal cramps/twitching/pulling, nausea, tired often and headaches. I am completely in sync with my body and for the past month it just hasn't been feeling right. So I before my cycle was due on 10\10\12 I took 3 HPT test (all were negative) and I bled for only 3 days before my cycle(not the norm cause my cycle always last for 5 days). So I went to my OBGYN and had a blood pregnancy test done and that even came back negative! I am continuing to experience these symptoms and my boobs(so irritating and painful) are the worst of them all :0( My doctor just gave me a chart to monitor my cycle and now I am waiting to see if I will even have a cycle in November. With all the test being negative; could I still be pregnant? Has any mom out there experienced such a thing??

If the tests your doctor gave you came back negative, it is extremely unlikely that the test is wrong.

There could be hormonal balance issues here and the doctor is already monitoring it, so hopefully will be able to help you through this and pinpoint the problem.
