I know each pregnancy is different, but this one is really taking it's toll. I'm 6 weeks, 4 days and the nausea is horrendous. I'm vomited once and it was so violent that I spit up blood for hours afterward. Nothing seems to touch it. I'm so tired that I can't hold my eyes open no matter how much I sleep. My appetite is very large and I find that I'm eating much, much more than I did in previous pregnancies. I've already outgrown my bras. I have had one ultrasound and I could clearly see the baby and it's sweet little heartbeat. What caught me off guard was a second flickering in the top of my uterus. As I was about to ask my doctor what it was, he cut off the machine, took the pictures, tore off the clearest one and asked me to return in two weeks. Due to the symptoms and the ultrasound, could it be two? For a little background, this is pregnancy number 6. Number 1 & 4 resulted in my two kids. The others were miscarriages. I'm 29 and I took letrozole to help me ovulate.
