My son father has supervised visitation. We are suppose to meet at a certain location unless we can agree on somewhere else. THE father has threatened the superviser saying he was going to shoot him and his house and told the child whom is 3 he going home with him next time and staying . There is a police document for that. Do he still has the right to see the child after all that?

Oops... I caught one of the duplicate posts.

Definitely take the police report to your lawyer. The court order needs to be amended by the judge asap.

I would call your attorney and get something done about it. That is not safe and I agree with Aimee but until a judge is involved with this or the police are with a restraining order because of the threat of violence you can not stop the visits because you would be going against the court orders.

I would call your attorney and have the supervised person help you. That is not SAFE!
