I live interstate an he has visatation 4 times a year at 7 nights each time and takes him back to melboune. I follow orders but every time it's time for him to have his son he ask for more nights . I say no as I follow wat the orders say then he starts putting me downs threatens me with court etc etc . Can he just keep taking me back to court I've had enough . My son is 5 .

Melbourne as in Australia? Or is there a Melbourne in the US? I have no idea what laws there are in different places, but here... yep, you can keep going back to court over and over and over again. Custody/visitation is never set in stone. Four one week visits isn't really much. I'm surprised he doesn't have a longer chunk in there. Typically it's half of summer and half (or every other year) of Spring and Christmas breaks when you live far apart in the US, so... 4-6 weeks a year.
