I have a 33 year old son with aspergers as well as epilepsy. He went with a girl that did meth and
he started doing it as well. She is gone but he landed on the street, beat up in the psyche ward. I think his brain isn't working like it used too and I am just sick. I found him an apartment and see him daily. Take him shopping. But he started using again. He went to rehab and got kicked out. I worry for his safety with having epilepsy and him not taking his meds. I am preparing myself for his demise. It is the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. My marriage is falling apart....I am a Christian but have no strength to go to church or see my friends. Please pray for him.

I will be praying. The hardest thing to do is put an issue in God's hands but that is what I'm gonna tell you to do. You already have tried to do what is in your power but only God can do the impossible. Meth is a highly addictive drug that most people dont have the strength to stop. Everyday just cry out to the Lord for your strength and his. You need to be strong for him because you might be the only one who will be. Don't let yourself crumble. We weren't made to carry such burdens that is why God says cast all your cares upon me! Anytime you feel like you are taking it back..grab it and thow it behind you and say no this isn't mine to carry the Lord has it under control. Do the motion of throwing it behind you to make it more real in your head. There is nothing in your own power that can help him but God holds all the answers. Fast and pray for him and thank God everyday when you pray for the healing he is already working on. Faith can move mountains! Remember that. :)

Thank you so much Catrina. I am reading your post over and over. It is just what I need. I am the only one that can be strong for him, you are so right on that one. Everyone has given up on him. I will cast all my cares upon the Lord. I will pray with faith that God can help him and me both be strong. Yes, Catrina faith CAN move mountain. Thank you again dear sister! Bless you.
