I think the biggest question is did you have a regular horizontal incision or a vertical one of your uterus? You can't tell from the one you can see, in an emergency, the doctor will cut your belly low and along your pubic bone but the internal incision will be vertical in order to get the baby out faster. In all likelihood you'll be fine no matter what the situation, but discuss it with your doctor. You made need to be carefully scheduled for a repeat c-section.

If you are breastfeeding, it may be perfectly normal for your period not to have returned. However, if you are pregnant, whether this is safe for you or not is something you'd have to ask your doctor. It is generally a little too soon to be pregnant again, and it isn't advisable, but it happens, and many people don't have any complications.
