Hi my question is how can I prove to the court not to decrease my current child support amount and not allow my ex to claim our daughter. My court date is in December and I want to present myself well. Please help :-)

The only way you will get the support decreased is if his income changes to a lower income level. And if you have primary custody of the child he has to fill out forms requesting that he can claim her on the taxes and you have to sign it.

Yes, it did 11 years ago. But I made it through those 11 years on inner strength and guts. Believe me it was not easy but it was well worth it to have what I have with my kids now.

Custody issues and other things involved are scary. Try to be the mother who had to chose to be the non-custodial parent.

Thank you Evelyn his income is the same his excuse is because he has another child and as far ad the forms goes I Will not sign he is very irresponsible I'm scared if he gets her info hr will use it for his own selfish reason. I am so happy for your advice I can't thank you enough I'm just so scared.
