He has every right to stop you moving and if it goes to court the judge will probably agree with him.
He has a right to have a relationship with his children as they do with him.

No childsupport yet or custody but I told him I want to move and he said he won't let me take the kids that he will do whatever ut takes but with my other daughter I livedin fresno ca and moved to eI centro ca and the only thing we did was meet half ways every other weekend. But I will ask a lawyer first.

You need to talk to a lawyer and see what they have to say. Also you did not mention if there was custody, visitation and child support set up. If so, you need to double check what the custody orders say about moves. I know where I am for example to move out of state with the kids is only allowed for certain reasons and if both parties agree and the judge agrees. But since the move is inside of your state, I can not comment on that one. Check the laws of your state and see.

This is a worldwide site.
I'm in Australia so if I gave you advice it could be completely wrong.

You need to ask a lawyer. You will get a lot of conflicting advice here and some may not be correct for your situation.
