Im only 20 years old, my ex bf is 21 years old and our son's 10months old. Recently we, split up and now my ex bf wants to take my sons custody. But yesterday, my ex bf father came and sid that we just went to dswd to seek help, but the dswd said that me and my ex bf is still minor, so if they prove that we cant fix things the dswd will have the custody to our child.
Is ot tfue mommies ? What am I supposed to do?

You're not a minor, you're over 18.
You would be better off asking a lawyer as the laws are different in different states/countries and this is an international forum. The advice people give you could be very wrong for where you live.

I don't know where you live however in most places there would need to be concerns with the care you provided for your child to be removed. Custody is where the child lives. If you are looking after your child fine then you should be able to retain custody. If you are concerned and don't believe your ex - boyfriend would care for the child adequately you can insist someone be present when the child is with him. This could be his parent or someone else. You have to have a reason to do this and it is seen as positive as you are acting protectively towards your child. It is unacceptable for a parent of your boyfriend to be telling you this. It is hurtful, immature and not in the best interests of the child.
