Is it kidnapping if I keep my daughter after 9 years and there is no custody order from the courts

If you mean can you keep her from her father, the answer is you legally could, but it's not a great idea - if her father applies for custody because you refuse visitation, he might well get it because you will have committed parental alienation and that is frowned upon by the courts. I would strongly encourage you to sort out a custody and visitation arrangement through the courts. Just remember, if you don't, he could do the same thing, collect your daughter and keep her.

Best thing to do, get a custody agreement in order. Call a lawyer.
