Hello, I'm a single mom to an 8 yr old little boy. My ex and I have not been together for 6 yrs and he has always given me hell since I left him. There was a lot of infidelity on his part and having my son gave me the strength i needed to leave. he was upset that I finally left him. I have been the sole provider for my son and I do not get any support from my ex. I always sign my son up for sports to make sure he'll get in that routine of participating in extra curricular activities. My ex always tells me that he will not take our son to practices/games if it falls during his visitation days. The only way he would take him is if I do not show up to games but i refuse to NOT show up. I have always been supportive of our son and that will not stop now. My ex now has a 3 yr old daughter that is now participating in basketball through YMCA and he always makes sure she does not miss a practice or a game. He will not allow my mom or my sisters to pick my son up from him if I'm busy working. I will be taking him back to court soon. What are the odds that things will work out in my favor? What should I do? Help!

Just as Jodi said. Go into court and present your facts to the judge and let the judge decide things. Will this go before the same judge as before, assuming you have full custody?

Pretty good. He has to maintain the child's normal activities during visitations.

You really can't predict what a judge will rule though.
