I have questions!!!!!! So I'm am the non custodial parent. I've never did drugs that was the judge ruling. So my husband was allowed to move out of state in Oh and I live in NC my order states that I have to to pay for all travel for visitation which is 2nd and 4th week Saturday Thur Wednesday and I have to stay in the state of OH during these time. I feel this ruling is beyond unfair I live in the state of NC I have a job and I go to school Monday-Thursday it is absolutely no waythis works so it is a 9 hr drive to Ohio. So I have to pay for the drive or plane tickets tolls hotel daycare even when she's not there health insurance and other things she need. Basically the only time I will see her is holidays because I can't miss work or school. You I didn't tell him to move he lied about why he moved and now I'm getting punished. The court knows my schedule and they don't care. I don't know what to do!!!! Help!!! I think this is so unfair

This makes no sense; what happened that you do not have physical custody even 50/50. For the judge to ok her dad to move as well as her to stay with her dad when you moved does not just happen without a reason. If there is more to the story, maybe we can give you better advice?

Yea this man is subborn. I tried messaging him on the mandatory app the court order for use to use he do not respond. I tried to set up a meeting. Nope that didn't work either he say he's only going by the order. I have went to Ohio but it's a lot of money put in for me to go even see her she's lived in NC her whole life and that was why the judge ruled for her to stay in NC when I was in California for a job. I just feel it's a double standard.

Drug use is not the only reason a parent may not get custody. If the judge granted your spouse the right to move out of state, then are not likely going to get a judge to tell him he has to move back. If you do not go to Ohio to see her, why do you still have to pay for tickets, hotel etc? Have you tried to negotiate meeting half way with your ex for the benefit of the child?
