She lives w/ me she is the youngest of my 3 daughters. I told them that as long as we, are providing for them they have to obey the rules if not then they are old enough to make their own decisions and it was time to leave. That they can do whatever they want when they move out. That if they are at home is because they are building a future/carrier and we are helping them for that, but that is it.

Either join her, or don't. Your choice.

Otherwise, she's an adult. Depending on the area, marijuana is legal, or not.

If it's not legal in your area, you have every right to request her keep it out of your home, but otherwise? There's really not any big deal about marijuana, except that a bunch of stodgy old white men in the 1800's didn't want hemp and marijuana production to hinder their alcohol production and consumption.

oh wow. This is a tricky one. Does she live with you? Because she is an adult and she probably has been doing it for years. If she lives with you I would kick her out. Plain and simple. If she has to fend for herself she may not have the money to buy it anymore. If she doesn't live with you, there isn't much you can do but express your concerns.
