I don't know what foods I can make her. I looked at some foods and most of them contain corn starch, wheat or may contain wheat. I need help please. Right now I have her on pork chops, veggies fruit and fish. Does anyone have any recipes they can share?

Whey is a milk product found mostly in cheese. Have you tried the margarines?

Have you had her tested for those allergies? You need to do that if you have not already. I have never heard of anyone allergic to beef and chicken especially if its just the meat without already being predone somewhere. As for corn, oats, wheat and milk, I have heard of those. As for what to feed her, sounds like you found alternates to this. Have you tried the gluten free things for making bread? They do have different flours made of like rice and other things that can be made into breads with no wheat in them. As for milk, there is soy milk, almond milk, rice milk. They contain no dairy milk in them.

I have taken her to her allergist and they did a food tray scratch test on her back and they told me to avoid the items.listed. She loves Broccoli but she wants butter on it. I've looked and some have whey I have no idea what that is.
