Probably busy being a Mum, it's very easy to get bogged down in the day to day chores and forget to take time out to socialise and visit with the kids. Why not ask her?

I imagine Daughter is probably busy juggling things like kids and work? But you haven't really elaborated much ..so I don't know

Is there some reason grandmother can't go to see kids? I rarely take my kids to see my parents either, because what with the long drive and the need to pack for at least a couple of days, I just don't have the time between managing the kids' schedules and running our businesses. But my parents are retired and do a lot of travelling, so they do the visiting.

My in-laws are less mobile, however, so every now and then we pack up the car and take the kids to visit.

So really, to give any feedback, I'd need more information.
