My daughter is 3, and for the last couple of night she has been climbing in bed with me. Normaly I wouldn't mind but I wake up with back pain. She slept with me until about 3 months ago. I had bought her her own bed when she was 1 but she refused to sleep in it no matter how hard I tried. Her bed is in my room and she is where she can see me while she sleeps. Last night she slept with my roomates daughter in her room and then when I woke up this morning around 6 she was in my bed. She usually does really well when she sleeps in my friends daughters room. Does anyone have any ideas? I have gotten her a night light and a light bright and still nothing. Please help! I am in pain!

Does your daughter have her own room or does she have to share your room with her? I have a few suggestions regardless of the answer. I'm just trying to understand the situation better.

They can't. Share a room because my room mates daughter goes to school and they keep eachother up at night. So she only sleeps in there on weekends.

Have you considered talking to your roommate about your daughter's sharing a room? How old is the roommate's daughter? Keeping her bed in your room is not going to help the situation. She is too old to be sharing a bed or a room with you. Granted, this does not mean that she can't crawl into bed with you when she has nightmares, or if she is scared of thunderstorms. But it cannot be a habit for her.
