My baby is currently 2 months and 2 weeks old. I'm about to go back to work so I will be leaving him in a daycare. By the time I leave him he will be a week away from being 3 months old. He's a good baby overall but he cries after I put him down in his swing, high chair or crib after a couple of minutes. What can I do as a first time mom to help out the daycare and so he doesn't suffer crying either? I have two weeks to try and help him and the daycare out.

What do you do when he cries? Pick him up I assume? Unless your hands are full then you talk to him until you can get him? That's what the daycare staff will do too.
Baby and the daycare will need a few weeks to adjust then all will be well. This is what they do all day every day. If for some reason you aren't confident they can handle him crying then trust your instincts and find a new daycare. Otherwise spend the rest of your time at home enjoying your baby. :)

Thank you for your advice and kind words Kate. I will definitely enjoy my last two weeks at home with him :)
