You should check with your local city, state, and country regulations regarding getting a daycare open.
You need to know the requirements to meet state and local and county standards for your center.
You need to explore costs of operation, set up, food supplies, basic supplies to be used in daycare such as paper products and such, also toy costs, outside play equipment and so on.
You may have to have the health department come and inspect the place to make sure it meets standards.\
You need to know what lisences you will need.
You should explore and research what you plan to offer to the children you will take care of.
You might want to consider if you will want the kids to be vaccinated or not.
You need to come up with a contract that explains the expectations of the parents and what you will provide in your services, what hours you operate, rules on sick children and so on.
