Hello, my daughter will be two years old in just a few months. Since birth she has been going to my family house for child care as I am a full time working mom. Well, I've been given a job offer that will adjust my schedule where family will no longer be able to keep her on a daily basis. My problem lies with putting her in a daycare. My husband and I are not ready to send her to daycare. I, personally, would rather her speak more clearly and be able to identify or inform me when she is sad or hurt. My husband feels that he doesn't trust anyone who he does not know. The job will begin in two weeks and I'm having mixed emotions on everything. Is this normal? What steps should I take? What are positive attributes of a great daycare?
