whats also important here Racheal, is that you children will learn from him how to be 'the man of the house' and a 'father'.
by stopping him coming round - you make it clear to your children that that behavior is not ok and not acceptable.
you know its wrong, your children are absorbing and learning from you and the people you allow to be around them.
also, it might not bother you, his coming and going and irrational behaviour - but i bet your children play up alot, especially when they see him around again. consider that next time he rings your doorbell. it's not just how much you can take - but how they are handling it too iykwim.
do you ahve a brother, cousin or uncle that they could retreat into as a protective, stable father figure? xx

if you are not willing to go to court to enforce it then cut him off, kick him out and move on. ther are many men that would take care of you and your little one.
sit down and make a list of the perfect husband/father figure - read it everynight before bed and pray about it. after a month pack your letter to god away and wait for your prayers to be answered xx

Don't know where you live, but it ought to be the job of the state to hold him to the agreement, not you. If he owes child support, they will take it from his wages. Call childrens services.
