Hi Im new to this group i came across it on Google. Im a young mum aged 23 from England, with a 3 year old daughter and im currently 9 weeks pregnant ( we think, our dates are all still a bit muddled we are waiting for our scan ) Anyway, this pregnancy so far has been a lot harder than my first from what i can remember, perhaps its just because i have a toddler to care for as well as being pregnant, the tiredness i get i just cant shake off, it lasts from early afternoon (1pmish) right through to the evening and its to the point where i want to sit down and just not get back up, i get a good nights sleep my daughter always sleeps through so i dont know what i can do to help the tiredness? im eating fruits and drinking fruit juice to give me some sugar , but i feel this might just be something i need to deal with?

Also im so sick, i get sick when im hungry, but i have NO appetite, everything looks or sounds gross to me, nothing takes my fancy so im having to force myself to eat at the moment, what could i do to improve this? any tips. Thanks all.
