Did you have unprotected sex? Are you breastfeeding?
Different women experience different issues with periods after childbirth. Breastfeeding can stop your periods or make them erratic for a while. So, we don't know if there's something other than pregnancy that would interfere with your periods, or if you're pregnant again and the hormones aren't strong enough to show up in the test yet. If you're concerned, see your doctor. If you don't want to get pregnant again (which is not advisable since your body needs to heal), then you should use birth control if you have sex.
