I am 9 weeks post partum.don't know why I have become short tempered to every little thing.I think I have lost affection towards my child.my husband is an unbelievably kind and helpful person. I don't know why I have changed so much!!! I am an overseas in Australia & no one to help me.moreover I am puzzled with my study. I was so much tolerant before.I am thinking I have lost myself.
Feeling so much down. I am 23 & a first mom. Is it normal?? Moreover I am leaking urine for last 5 weeks. I feel body ache quite often.
How people can manage after delivery?? I just want to be normal & happy with my family!!!

It sounds like you may have a little post partum depression. It happens to many women and may simply be your body readjusting its hormones. It also sounds like you may have some pelvic floor issues. Have you been back to your doctor for your 6 week check up? Even if you have, please go to see your doctor and tell him/her what you have just told us. Your doctor can provide you with the supports you need.

Your mood and feelings are not uncommon for a new mom. The leaking of urine needs to be addressed by you doctor as by now your body should be healed. Talk to your doctor about your mood, he may prescribe an antidepressant or have some suggestions to help you life your spirits. I had terrible postpartum depression and needed medication for about 18 months after each baby. It really can help.
