Yeah... the freakin Rage! Today is my bad day of deppression. It feel as if I'm going to loose my mind.I feel like a horrible mother, my house is a mess (Don't know where to start or the energy), don't have a mother to turn to (She just don't care what is happening in my life or try to help out with my children)... But I'm gonna trun on the tumble dryer, maybe it will give me the motherly warmth I need... My husband is trying to help and understand me, so I'm so thankfull for that... Don't know what I would done without him...

Do you have someone to talk to about this? I have been suffering with depression since the birth of my son (2 1/2 years ago) and have been on anti-depressants. I find it most helpful to go for a nice walk to clear my head...it also puts my son to sleep sometimes. I also like to read scripture to ground myself and put things in to perspective...Remember your children and husband love you unconditionally. I hope this helps some.

You're not horrible. If you know what it is that is "wrong" then you have the power to fix it. Your mother can't do it for you even if she were around, so you just do what you need for yourself. You'll be ok. Just scream it out into a pillow. It's great to have an understanding hubby.

I get it though! I had my "I'm a horrible mother" last week. This week seems to be going better.
