Hello everybody! My 2 year old son had recently started getting a diaper rash which i think it is from the diaper itself, we recently changed the brand, something that i now regret! It doesn't seem to bother him at all but it looks kind of bad; i always use desitin cream which proved to be the best so far but not so much in this case. Any other recommendations? Thanks a lot! God bless!

Something else to try is let him air out for a while yeast likes to grow where its moist.

If it's a yeast rash infection you can use womens over the counter cream for yeast infection.

My daughter doesn't really get diaper rash, but once she had a fungal infection which looked like a bright red rash covering a fairly large area. It needed an anti-fungal cream from the chemist to clear it. Google it for a picture and see if your son's looks anything like that.

Thank you all for the very helpful responses. It does look like it's a yeast/ fungul infection, therefore i went to the pharmacy and bought the generic brand of clotrimazole cream and applied it on the infected area. We just have to wait and see how that's gonna work for him. I'll keep all updated, thanks again for the messages! God bless!

As mentioned before it could be a yeast infection, could try something for that.

If it is a diaper rash I have found that Butt Paste works the best.
