I have been having these symptoms for four days after I was in the hospital. I had dehydration and 3 bags of fluids and 1 of sugar water, which helped. but ever since then I have been having a hard time keeping food down and when I am active it hurts the most. Should i contact my OB or is this normal I am 28 weeks along.

Going to doctor should be the first priority. For nausea, I have been using no to morning sickness tea that helped a lot.

def go to doctor! Also, for nausea - works like a bomb! - steep 3 normal teabags in boiling water - drink like that , tastes vile but nausea goes!

There is no harm in contacting your OB, much better to have peace of mind then to wonder and if there is an issue, then it can be looked after. Best of luck

Hello Aly, I hope you are feeling better today, do not eat anything fried or vegetables, make plane white rice usually helps with the diarrhea.

With my first prgnancy I sepnt 3 months on saltines and 7up becaue everything else just came back up, and I kept in close contact with my doctor. If your next check up isn't soon, schedule something now.

I had Hyperemesis with my first pregnancy. I couldn't hold water down and lost 25lbs in 4 days. I too was in and out of the hospital pretty much until i was 7 months along and even prescriptions didn't help. I flushed 150$ worth in under a week. Suck on ice or crush some and chew on it. Call your Dr and see if they want you to go back in to the hospital. Because i was so sick i ended up in labor at 33weeks and it was horrible! If you are so sick while out of the hospital they might want to book you in for a few hours each day to get your sugar up and keep you hydrated. I remember the first time i went in it was great! I felt amazing and they sent me home...i got in the drive way and threw up the food i managed to eat at the hospital...i was back in the hospital in an hour. Keep going back, they are there to help you. The labor in delivery ward is also amazing for any questions you might have in the middle of the night and you are worried. I loved my hospital L&D, they were amazing to us!

Good luck and trust me, as soon as the baby is born you will want a big mac and it will stay down! In the mean time, stay away from food you loved before you got PG...i still can't eat lucky charms cereal lol

If I were you, I'd contact your OB! First off, that's what they are there for. Better safe then sorry. And I don't think know of anyone who's had those symptoms. Everyone is different and reacts to things differently but it doesn't hurt to check things out. In the 3rd month I began throwing up blood and immediately went to my OB. luckily it was nothing major, but going made me relax. So I recommend going right away!
