Dieting after baby?

The only diet isL eat less......and often - 5 meals a day but very small ones. And move around cleaning walking with the baby few hours a day also cut sugar out completely. and soda....read labels everything with less than 8g of sugars per serving is good. Stop eating processed food and focus on home prepared meals. I do that my whole life and never had problems with weight. It really works. Also for me exclusive breastfeeding was the key. I wore my prepregnancy jeans 2 weeks after I had my son. Breastfeeding as a weight loss tool does not work for everyone though
