No worries. As far as "similar symptoms" the list below are different diagnosis with similar symptoms. It's best to have your child see a child psychiatrist before determining a diagnosis, or attempt to treat something. Yes, there are homeopathic ways to treat ADD. Proper Diet, Regular Exercise, Good Sleep habits and group or individual talk therapies are a good start. The Tools they are given can be use through out there life time. There is a Group ADD Page on here, join and get LOADS of information and insight to help you on your journey.

Sorry for the unclear question. I have a child that has been diagnosed with ADD three years ago. Curious if there are other condition that have simular symptoms. Also, wondering has anyone used a natural drug for ADD?

Not sure if this is a question or a statement but I can tell you that there are different types of attention deficit disorders. Best described in the 'Winne the Pooh' character form:
Pooh Bear is the Inattentive type; he is a distracted by daydreaming, friendly floater socially, forgetful, has no time management and is always hungry.
Tigger represents the Hyperactive ADD: he is active (in the mind and body) no attention span, impulsive, loud and sometimes arrogant/obnoxious.
Rabbit is the OCD: obsessive compulsive with his garden, home, time and order.
Piglet has Anxiety: worries about everything and everyone, fearful of being alone, insecure with himself.
Eeyore: has depression; always mopping around and feeling sorry for himself, doom and gloom surrounds his days.
Of course, everyone has a little of all these characters, which is why we love them so much. It's when these traits start to interfere with ones daily living activities, mental health and wellness that a diagnosis may be made and treatment is given.
