Discolored spit-up...It's official, I'm scared.

When I got my daughter up from her nap, I noticed a tan-ish stain on her onesie. She's six weeks old and has been spitting up more frequently but it's always been whitish or clear. She's formula fed with Enfamil Gentlease. She doesn't seem sick or abnormally fussy. Her next doctor appt. is almost a week away and every fiber of my being wants to rush her to the ER. What should I do?!?

could the tanish stain be left over formula that she might have had in her mouth? Is there a number you can call that is like a nurse line? We have one here and they ask for symptoms and say if you need a dr, er, or its fine. Maybe put a bit of the formula on the stained onesie and see if it makes the same colour.

Yeah, I called her pediatrician and he said it probably changed color after she had spit up (as opposed to her spitting up a brown substance) and not to worry. Thank you though Amarylis!!
