Get a lawyer and provide them w/ all your evidence. That's really the only thing you CAN do.

Again, I suggest getting a lawyer to help you get custody, visitation and child support all set up through the court. That way you each know what your rights are and what is expected of you. Then it's up to each person to abide by the court decree. If you have proof (texts or email) of him threatening you or the child, then print those out and give them to the judge. It may not be enough to limit the father's rights, but you can try. Don't go into court blaming the ex or making accusations that you can't prove. Hearsay is not admissible.

I'm already divorced but he's giving me uphill. Very abusive verbally and rude. He's an alcoholic.

As Raye said, it depends on circumstances. It also depends on where you live.

What are your circumstances, so we can provide specific advice?

When you're divorcing and need to establish custody and visitation, it can be a struggle to get both parents to agree. I suggest getting a lawyer to help you. At the minimum, custody and visitation should be negotiated and/or put in place by the court. If you need child support, then you should file for that also. Since this is an international website, you're likely to get different responses that may or may not be helpful to you. A lawyer should be able to give you better advice regarding the laws in your location.
