Divorce and kids

Surely there must be some visitation and custody arrangements made, the sooner the better, just like Raye said.
Its hard at first when they leave... for any amount of time... even when things are scheduled, regimented. but what really helps, sometimes, is taking some guilt free selfish me time.
have a bubble bath. Get your nails done. Go on a date with your ladies. Try your hand at a new craft and make something special for the kids.

If you didn't go to court to establish custody and visitation, you should do so. That way you know what your rights are. If they want to live with him, and he can provide for them, then it's okay if you allow him to have residential custody. But, if you want visitation and have a case to get it, then you should do that. The kids usually benefit from having both parents in their lives. I don't know your circumstances, but you should not just give up.
