Do any of you mommies have your children in a immersion (french, spanish or chines) program? If so I would like to hear your thoughts.

Marcy great minds think alike!!! Yes thats very cool for your son!! My daughter has been in Montessori school since age 2 where she has been exsposed to french and spanish now she will be attending Spanish immersion in a few weeks. Next year we will switch her to Chinese because it is not offered to PK4. Im excited for her!! But wow I wished we lived in Southern Cali!!! What language will your son be studying?

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but my son goes to a school in Southern California and they teach Japanese, German, Sign language, French, Spanish and obviously English. he is 5 years old and has been going there since he was 3. Once they hit the grade levels they focus on either German or Spanish. I love that he knows colors, numbers, songs, words etc in many different languages. However, I think the thing that I love the most is that he is learning about the world, all the different people in it and respecting others.
