My son is 4 yrs old and has been told by 2 doctors that he has a very tight foreskin and the hole for urine etc is very tiny I must agree. His penis balloons during urination and sometimes it shoots out to the side which he thinks is hilarious.
He suffers no discomfort when passing urine and never complains about his penis.
The specialist wants to perform a circumcision in November and I have to say I really don't want this to happen, its under general anestetic and sounds very traumatic to an already sensitive boy.
Is this ballooning normal, if he is in no pain I don't see the problem with waiting to see if the foreskin seperates as the docs say its fused due to infection.
Please help, whats normal and whats not???
