Does anyone had any ideas how to make morning sickness not so bad?

Can you anyone tell me what has helped or is helping with morning sickness. I can only keep in very little food. When I look at food or smell it, it makes me sick and throw up. I am not getting anything healthy in me really. Need help it's been over a month and I can't see the doctor next week, but I am so sick now.

My midwife suggested that eating lean proteins and small meals every few hours would help with morning sickness so I kept almonds next to my bed and a bag in my pocket and would eat 2 or 3 every few hours that helped me to not get as sick. I picked almonds cause they have very little smell and I had trouble with smells too.

I would eat what I could eat, I stayed away from the foods that made me feel nausious, and I took my vitamins at night, because sometimes that made me sick. Eat crackers and drink Sprite, Ginger ale, and Pepsi. and try to lay down as much as you can.
