Does anyone have tips/advice on feeding my 7 month old?

Up until my LO was 5 1/2 months she was exclusively breastfed. When she turned 5 ½ months I introduced rice cereal and then avocado, sweet potato, apple, banana… I basically started making my way through the baby bullet safe foods list (only introducing new foods ever 4-5 days) at first she would eat two full servings of what ever I gave her and she loved it… now 7 ½ months she is only eating a few bites here and there… I don’t know what the deal it? Have I done something wrong? I am afraid she isn’t getting enough ‘real’ foods and just wanting to nurse all the time.

Breast milk or formula is supposed to make up the bulk of their diet until a year. You aren't even 'supposed' to rely on solids for any of their nutrition before that, so... eating a few bites here and there is perfectly normal. Nursing on demand and just offering solids on occasion is actually the BEST thing for her. :)
